Steve McGarrett returns home to Oahu, in order to find his father's killer. The governor offers him the chance to run his own task force (Five-O). Steve's team is joined by Chin Ho Kelly, Danny "Danno" Williams and Kono Kalakaua. Like the original version, Hawaii Five-0 dvd follows an elite state police unit/task force set up to fight crime in the state of Hawaii. It premiered on Monday, September 20, 2010, 42 years to the date from the premiere of the original show, September 20, 1968.
